As far as I can tell, she is not the same girl in the education connection commercial.
They look very similar, though.

Why does everuone seem to find her hot. I don't get it. Maybe it's cause I haven't seen any of the HP movies? Google Image search doesn't bring up anything that I would consider that special. I'll give you that she is attractive but that's about it.

And i answer to the OP yes she is quite sexy in a way actually. More so than HG. But again maybe that's cause I haven't seen the HP movies.
 
Ok, I'd like to revise my statement. After pausing the commercial and comparing to her resume photos, I'm about 75% sure that she is Andreanna Veith.

I'm also pretty sure that the stupid ass song plays in my head as background music 24 hours a day.

I like to get an education that can get me a better job, and get on
with the Federal Government or something stable that I can afford an apartment, and better PC equipment. I love a little extra money
to get me some ASUS, ABIT, or Intel motherboards, or some IBM
THINKPAD's.

But that education connection girl, and that song stuck in my head.. help?

Based on the youtube video...She's a really cute girl, I'm not sure what is strange about finding her attractive? Is it the dancing? I'll admit that she isn't the best dancer I've seen.
