Hmmm I love sleeping! Most of the time its the only way to be trouble free :)

Yeah, my problem is that when I sleep, I lose control over my emotions. And I have an extremely good reason to want to be in control of my emotions right now. Hell my brain's effectively under marshal law right now. But that's a whole other can of worms...

I'll collapse from exhaustion sooner or later.

 Who are you, The Hulk?

Well, you asked for it:

Let's just say my family's been fvcked up by anyone's standards for the last several years.

ie: My dad's called my mom a b!tch to her face while she was doubling over in pain from her cancer. Multiple times. Over the last 2 years. In front of my sister and me. And that's just the first droplet on the tip of the iceberg.

So yeah, the fact that I have to make a conscious effort to not knock his teeth out practically every time I see him should count for something. And now I'm home for the summer, so I'll be living with the bastard. And I row 5 days a week and am learning Krav Maga. I could do some damage.

And then there's the fact that I know I shouldn't even be thinking about this type of sh!t, but I do almost 24/7, regardless of what I'm doing.

That's it in a nutshell. Sorry if I depressed you.

Keep thinking that. That way when your dad knocks you on your ass you can chalk it up as a fluke.

LOL. Ill pwn you with my muay thai skiils.

Lovin' your sig right now ;).

I only stay up on purpose when I know I can lvl. Otherwise, I save the quests for tomorrow.

Only mostly when I forget to take the sleeping pills. Otherwise I wake up on my desk drooling.

I was up late last night. Was breezing over some material for an interview today. Went and laid in the bed around 1 this morning. About thirty minutes later, the wife came in from hanging out with one of her friends.

She then proceeded to jump on top of me in bed, butt naked :)

Only got 4 hours of sleep last night but it was worth it!

I try to stay up late at the moment cause I just don't sleep very well. Hey, I know it's only because I am quite depressed. I na relationship I am not happy in, but still care about the other person enough not to want to hurt them.

Don't think I can continue doing this to myself much longer. It's been 3 years already.

Now sure why I am sharing this, but there you go....

I'm also as big as my dad, and in much better shape. I'm 5'10" 170 lbs, he's a little shorter, same weight, no muscle, almost never works out. I'm 19 and acollege freshman BTW. This isn't some emo 8th grader talking.

You think you're the only one with problems like that?
HAHAHA.
I've probably had, and still got, problems just as bad.
Anyways, I get from 2 to 5 hours of sleep a night every night, except when i collapse from exhaustion. then i get 4-8. That's about once a month.

EDIT:: Yeah, this amount of sleep was originally, for the first 5 years or so, by choice.

When did I say that? Different people cope with sh!t in different ways.

Well, I've never tried to stay awake on accident.

Exactly... Insomniacs would be the only ones to stay awake not on purpose.

Sometimes I do it just to test myself and push myself to the limits. I like to see what I can actually handle if I have to.

last week i would wake up every 20 minutes, very annoying. Now, I play CS:S until I get tired, and this seems to work (7hrs uninterrupted sleep usually)

Well, considering I'm working a 19-hour shift (not a typo) I don't think I'll be able to stay awake.

It just worked out this way...unfortunately. :(

I pulled an all nighter once in college... and I hated it. I cant even stay up all night for the lan parties I used to host. Why bother staying up that long?
