Anyone Else Sick?

YEs everyone is catching that around here too, and it seems to hang on for a while with most everyone I know who've had it. Stay hydrated my friends.


And yeah, me too. But this has got to be viral:

Increasingly excruciating back pain radiating from a center spot that I initially thought was a pimple on my back that appeared at the same time, but no longer looks like a typical pimple. It started at wide spread skin pain around it, and is now spine deep, through my neck and shoulder, and down my spine, all on one side. Didn't do anything, lift, or anything to pull a muscle or injure myself. Not an injury. So if it's not some kind of disease, I figure it has to be brown recluse bite, & I'm rotting from the inside out. Any other ideas?

I never had strep. I did have laryngitis once and that was nasty.

I get that every couple years, sucks. See a doctor, strep does not go away on it's own. The first time I had it, it was like 2 weeks till I finally decided to see a doctor. Gave me antibiotics and it was gone the next day. Now I know to go see one asap if I get it.

start taking vitamin D3 5000IU a day, and you'll never get sick (flu, cold, etc.).

Never might be a bit extreme, but I must say that since I started doing this I've been much healthier overall.

Good to know about vitamin D, did not realize that. I take it already along with vitamin C and omega 3.

This morning I thought I was going to start a cold though. I got a sudden surge of mucus formation, but it's gone now. Scared the crap out of me.

I caught one about three weeks ago, managed to staunch it by dosing the antioxidants when I noticed the sore throat. Kinda miserable the first day, but kept getting better and was over it by the end of the week. There's been another wave going around recently.

Last month I walked into my mom's work at a nursing home when they had isolations and I picked some shit up. I'm better now, but every now and then I have a luger I cough up.
