It probably has vastly different vocal organs from us, so the parts of its brain that deal with language no doubt developed differently from ours. If it even has a brain; it might have something else entirely. It's not reasonable to expect it to speak any earth language perfectly. I'm sure it's English is better than our Zoltaran.
 
Wow, im definatley going to get a powercolor because of that awesome ad. Maybe i can create a high tech 3d ads like that only with powercolors.
