I have the same thing going on. I'm called Middle Eastern, Indian, Hispanic (especially S. American), Italian, Japanese (on one notable occasion), Filipino, Cuban, and Puerto Rican.

Do I mind? Only when someone that I've known for more than a year turns to me and asks "So...where are you from?"

EDIT:
Oh, by the way, I'm 100% Indian.

EDIT2:
I remember going to a hindi (major Indian dialect) play last year, which my father happened to be performing in. I was waiting near the doors between acts when someone I had never seen before approached me and asked in a very friendly manner: "Hey, are you lost? I know the area pretty well, I can help you get where you need to go"

I look like the typical Ivan from a Russian movie...that's pretty remarkable, considering I'm only 3/8 Russian. (but also 1/4 Ukranain, which is close in looks)
I've never been mistaken for being a black man, or Japanese.
