Anyone else prefer plastic to metal or glass in smartphones?

I think the Nexus 5 has the best feel of any phone I have owned (2 iPhones, GN2, and the N5).

I feel the same. I much prefer the soft touch plastic, over the cheaper feeling plastic Note 3, the glass iPhone 4s, or the aluminum iPhone 5S and 6 Plus I've used.

The aluminum and glass phones are more slippery, they feel like they get dirtier easier, look dirtier easier, and I'm paranoid of scratching them (I don't like using cases).

I tend to like the feel of kevlar, but frankly, I'm going to put an expendable $5 TPU case on the thing anyway, so it doesn't really matter much, unless it adds to waterproofing or something.
