Anyone else notice how good novell stocks are doing?

I told my dad to buy stock in them when they were going for 6 bucks a pop, now they're going for 13! I did the same for him with AMD, too bad he only invested a few hundred dollars in each! So what do people think about AMD? Time to sell? Time to keep? I think novl may go even higher in the next few months..

Stock Rule #1: Always have an exit point before you buy the stock. You should know before hand what you want to obtain from the equity as far as gains. Also, I would recommend you protect yourself with a stop loss.

Personally speaking, my stocks made tremendous gains last year and so far, this year as well. I buy a minimum of 1000 shares when I purchase stock

$35 sounds much too high for a "low price". Not that it matters, but I would think the average price for a stock on the NYSE or NASDAQ is probably $25 or so.
