Did you even read the thread?

This has nothing to do with who's better than another. It has everything to do with millions and millions and millions being raised and sent to a black hole when our own country has problems that could benefit greatly from that same giant stack of money.

We need to fix ourselves before we bother giving away millions to someone else.

Your economies of scale are skewed. We spend more every month we are in IRAQ than will ever be given to haiti. You are angry at victims when you should be directing your frustration on the real source of the problem.

Thinking that all homeless are there by choice is incredibly narrow minded. Besides, they're not the only ones who need help. School systems, police fire and medical systems, literacy programs, athletic programs, there's tons of things our country would greatly benefit from instead of sending it into a black hole that won't actually fix anything.

Medical? Yes. Send medical aid. Beyond medical, tough.
