They have them as far south as New Jersey, too (or at least they did when I was in Wildwood back in July).

Yup arch deluxe was great.

/me still awaits a pork based sandwich thats not swimming in BBQ sauce.

McDLT was like two burger boxes joined together, with the hot stuff (patty, etc.) in one side, and the cold stuff (lettuce, etc.) on the other, so you could assemble them when you were ready to eat.
