Whenever I cook fish I love leaving the skin on till its crispy/brown and eating it. mmmm

The lady friend I ate it with said I was gross 🙁

Anyone else love the crispy deliciousness of fish skin?

You are not supposed to eat the skin. Unless you like fish fat.

fish fat is good for you 🙂 And skin is not fat, the fat is fat.

Munch on some swordfish skin and tell me that again.
😉

I'm sure it depends on the fish, but it's too fishy for me.

I like it if I pan fry it crispy. But I prefer my fish raw, uncooked. I'm eating raw slices of Bonito and Redfish as I type.

i dont LOVE it, but when i broil salmon or steelhead trout , ill flip it so the skin gets crispy and its quite good

never even thought about it before.

any time I get fish from the grocery store, it either has no skin whatsoever or has the skin w/ scales.
