I wish they would produce another album. Their music is so calming and yet upbeat. And on top of that Ben Gibbard is from Bellingham WA so I'm a little partial to it 😀

I love Ben Gibbard's voice. It's so... calming. He's also the lead singer of Death Cab for Cutie, which has a similar style (though I think they're a little more mellow). Death Cab is very prominent on my Study playlist 🙂

I feel the same way. I do like Death Cab, they have some great songs, but doesn't quite have the feel of Postal Service, IMO.

Iron & Wine is really just one guy - Sam Beam. And he's one helluva songwriter (see: Trapeze Swinger, The) which makes him doing this cover that much more curious.

The Postal Service are great. Death Cab's early albums are my favorite though.
