Anyone Else into Headphones?

Well at the moment I am using the senn hd-595's out of my audigy 2 but soon I will be getting the Corda Aria and the undefinedAKG K701 just wondering what everyone else is using if anything.

Please refrain from listing speakers, this is for headphones and headphone amps only.

I prefer using headphones than speakers, but all I'm using right now are Sennheiser HD497s. I plan on picking up either a pair of HD280s or if I have some extra cash, HD595s.

HD-570's.

edit
Thats the pair i like the most, i also have bose triports, E3c's, and generics with mp3 player.

Grado SR-60's here, these are freakin' awesome! 😀 Having said that, I've been eyeing an upgrade recently, but I really love the sound of these cans. I could upgrade to the SR225's, but I'd like to know if there's anything else I should consider other than better Grados. Anyone got any recommendations?

Well seeing as you are in the 200$ range with the 225's I would suggest looking into either the senn 580's or 595's both of which will be way more laid back then the grados but something new might be good also look at meier audio they have the 880's for only 210 but you might want an amp. If you really like the grado sound by all means get the 225's or maybe look higher at the MS2's. Just some thoughts

They do sound good, but they feel horrible.

Thanks... I really love the detail on the Grados so I'd like to keep that, but get better sound, if that makes sense. IMO these SR60's could use a bit better bass response. I'll look into the MS2's, didn't realize they were that cheap.

No problems here, I've had them on for hours at a time and they feel fine. I have the pads without the cutout in the center and they work just fine for me. I think they feel much better if you adjust the headband.
