Are things getting werid for you using Outlook to get your Hotmail? Me and a friend both can't seem to log in using Outlook anymore.

Microsoft took it away. You need to pay for that feature now. Outlook should say something to that effect in its error message, with a web page to go to with more info.

So you have to pay to get your Hotmail using Outlook now? Hmm, I'v ebeen waiting for a reason to use my comcast mail exclusively....

thanks

Uhh thats not true... I have recieved plenty of hotmail emails today... It still works, but yes it has been acting up lately for me.

Oh sorry, didn't mean to be a jerk, I just hadn't seen that before. I guess when they do that to me I will be saying good by to my hotmail accounts. Its funny how they will probably lose business by doing this.

Checking multiple accounts via Outlook was very nice. Would suck to start having to go through the browser.

I'm sure someone will create a YahooPops type app.

And now it works again. I left my accounts set up, and tonight I noticed they worked in Outlook just like normal. I wonder if MS received a lot of negative feedback about it and decided to switch it back to free.

On a related topic, I noticed on one account I have 200 mb of storage and on another I have 2. Whats up with that? The account I use the most is stuck with 2. OH well, slowly moving everything over to my POP mail account anyways.
