Anyone else having this problem with the 8SQ800?

There are two wierd things happening with my 8SQ800. The fsb is always 1mhz lower than what I set in the bios. The other thing is some fsb I can only set with Easy Tune. To get my 2.53 to 3ghz, I have to boot at a different speed and use Easy Tune to get to 158fsb. If I try to set 158fsb in the bios it won't boot.
