Anyone else having major problems with BlueLight???

About 2 weeks ago I signed up for BlueLight Internet service. Since then it has been nothing but problems. IE is just freezing constantly. I thought it was just IE being stupid but Netscape did it and it continued even after reinstalling Windows. Also the banner is eating up all my resources! The system crashes all the time with NO free resources when using BlueLight. Also, they disconnect way too quickly when idle. It seems to be about 5 minutes (10 tops) before I get disconnected if idle.

Is anyone else having these problems? How can I get it to work? I really need to get it working acceptably. If I don't get it working soon, I swear I am going to throw my computer out the window!

I AM paying for it!!! I signed up for their $9 a month unlimited service.

I used bluelight for a while as my backup ISP... useful during the school year... last i heard they went from unlimited to 12hrs a month to paid unlimited monthly... when i connected at the beginning I got disconnected normally after 30min.... sometimes after a few mins only... now I don't use it anymore...
