Shipped computer to my daughter at school in NYC via FEDEX to avoid UPS repackaging fees. Packed thoroughly, but arrived with CPU heatsink & fan rattling around inside. I want FEDEX to send it out for repair or send $$ (Claimed $800 value on paperwork) Sent in receipts, my daughter filled out claim form, when I called to see wassup, they closed the claim because they couldn't get an answer at my daughter's phone. No idea where receipts are (I have originals) I think my next try will be District manager. Any advice appreciated.
