Anyone else have to hit 'back' 3 times before it works?

I use the thumb buttons on my intellimouse explorer for back and forward. Well, here on AT, I have to press the back button 3 times before I actually go back to the previous page. I only started noticing this yesterday. It's not the mouse, as it works on the first click on every other website.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Last night at another site--not here--I had to click twice to go back. Wierd.

Add: Logitech TrackMan Marble FX. W2K Pro, IE 6.0.26

If I Alt-LeftArrow there's no problem going back

MS Intellimouse Optical.. It seems we're now also being connected to some ad site while we browse the forums? WTF is going on?

yeah same problem, it's the ad's at the top and bottom fo the page, they're not loading and screwing everything up.

Likewise. three clicks whether it's the IE back button or Logitech's webwheel back

Yeah, when i use mozilla, i get this annoying pop up each time saying that it cant load the adds...it sucks.

Man, that is so weird. I also have to click back three times before the page goes back on AT... :mad:

Same problem here, it seems that they re-direct you twice (for the ads at the top and bottom of page?) before the page loads.

I don't have the problem here, but at some other sites.
Are you guys running any kind of pop-up killer, or have you modified your hosts list, or the Internet Security sites in Tools?

I havent changed anything, I first noticed it last night.

Look at the top and bottom of your browser screen while in the forums - the banners that are failing to load (they show instead "The page cannot be displayed") are what is messing up IE. Click the drop-down arrow beside your Back button and you'll see the link4ads.com site displayed twice - those are the banners. You have to click through those first to get back a page, hence the three clicks.
