Anyone else have this problem with their 8IRXP?

I am only able to cold boot every other time. The other times, it locks up during the mem count. Here is what I have tried:
1. Different mem sizes, brands, and ddr banks

2. Every bios setting I could find

3. Disconnected everything but the ram, cpu, video card and raid setup

4. Diabled raid setup

5. reseated everything included processor

6. I have even tried a new 8IRXP. They do the same things.

The last things I can think of are the power supply (I have an Antec 400 watt (412 model), the processor, or some ram setting I am missing or other bios tweak. HELP!

Here are my specs:
8IRXP - f6 bios
P4 1.8a (no overclocking at the moment)
512mb ocz 2700 mem (also tried crucial brand)
tdk 24x cdrw
Pine 16x DvD
Radeon 8500

Thanks,
PJ

The only thing I can think are you making sure that the ram is in bank 0 or the bank closest to the processor? Also are you using the standard or manual rram timings? I would also try loading the safe default for the mobo there are optimized and a fail safe default try that as well.

Boy do I feel dumb! The whole time it was my Sandisk media reader. Don't know how or why, but it was the culprite!
