anyone else have this problem when playing divx files?

when i use divx player 2.0 alpha... i always get lip-syncing. when i use windows media player 6.4, everything is fine.

I did a comparison with a few movies last night on a P3 500 w/ 448MB RAM and 7200 RPM HDD... Divx Player 2.0 alpha used approx 10% less CPU on average than WMP 6.4...

This was in Win2k Pro... I used to like WMP too, but not after I saw that... Now I can let my girlfriend watch movies on the living room TV (Matrox G450 dual head) and I still have enough CPU time to do other stuff at the same time....

Or I guess I could use this computer (athlon 1.33/512) hehe...but anyway, check it out.
