Anyone else have problems with Trillian?

Maybe my buddy list is too big or something, i dunno, but i have lots of issues w/ trillian.

I can no longer add new buddies via the Add Buddy dialog (AIM network). The only way i can add them is if they msg me and i hit Add.

Also, many buddies do not show up online even after i add them. Occationally, never at all.

Is this program quite buggy?

Try GAIM or Miranda to see if you are getting the same issues, both are free and Miranda is very lightest on system resources of any multiprotocal IM.

Miranda is quite excellent.

Having problems skinning it using the IEView plugin, dosent seem to change anything when i apply the template...

Any ideas?

Nevermind, Miranda cannot view away messages w/o msging the person... that kills it for me.... & Gaim dosen't support MSN....

GAIM does support MSN.

I use GAIM. It totally supports MSN

AIM limited adding new user at 150 but Trillian allows up to 200 users.
