Anyone else have issues with Cooler Master RMA

It's been several weeks since I was notified that they had received my PSU. Since then, nothing. I can't even reach them by phone.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I finally got the new PSU and it is working great. They had some snafu in their shipping/receiving procedures. Everyone at Cooler Master was pleasant as they struggled through this mess. I'd buy again.
