I opened a case on Dec 2 for a "Item not received". I got an email from ebay asking if I had heard from the seller on the 7th. I told them know, and it said I should hear back from customer service within 48 hours.
I haven't heard anything, and I don't know how to contact ebay asking them whats up.
Do any of you have open cases? Is it just taking forever because alot of people are getting screwed buying Christmas stuff or what?
