I think i paid $12 to see a movie in Manhattan once. I could be wrong........

I'd just buy the DVD. Though the last time I saw a movie it was The Terminal and it was because we had a gift card.

Well, I did PM a mod asking if anything was going to be done about the excessive gas and NOLA threads. Haven't gotten a reply yet so I'm guessing 'no'.

er, temporary spike??!?! what the hell are you smoking, spike usually means something that goes up and down. this is not a spike... more like a hike up....

and temporary? it's been going up for a long time now.

other than that, I agree with you. I'm sick of buying expensive lunch everyday, but I can't stop myself from eating Sushi, or Italian.
