Anyone else get this combo working: Audigy + WinDVR (or Personal Cinema)?

I can't get WinDVR to recognize the input on my SB Audigy OEM as a recording device to make the Recording or Timeshifting feature work/record with sound. I've got the Personal Cinema from VisionTek and I've contacted them and they say its because the drivers for the Audigy OEM only have an Analog Input for recording device (which works with the Creative software Recorder) but cannot be recognized by the WinDVR software. They claim that the retail Audigy's work and I haven't bothered to move my Audigy Platinum over. I don't know why it wouldn't work with the Audigy OEM and work with the MP3+ or X-Gamer since its all the same input and card. I'm guessing that if I move over the Platinum with Audgiy Drive then maybe here's a chance that the WinDVR will recognize some inputs on the Audigy Drive. But I still can't see why they would claim it works with retail versions (MP3+ and X-Gamer) that don't include a 5.25" drive since those versions would have to use the same input on the card itself (and all Audigy cards are the same except for the gold inputs versus the colored "other metal" inputs)... just slightly different drivers. I've installed the latest version of WinDVR and Audigy drivers and even tried the Platinum drivers on the OEM card and it still doesn't work. BTW, I'm using Win2K Pro. The WinDVR people won't even bother to respond to any of my emails so they are useless or maybe they are hiding the fact that its a known issue that they don't want to bother fixing. I guess I can try contacting Creative... looks like they have Audigy's in Europe and they have their own line of Personal Cinema with the exact same hardware and software as the Visiontek. Funny that it never made it over to the other markets and nowhere do they mention a problem or a fix for it on their US or Europe technical support sites. I hope someone out there can help me get this working. I'm so frustrated. 🙁
