anyone else get annoyed if u spend more than 1hr in home depot

Long before an hour is out. At an hour I'd be a frothy-mouthed lunatic.

I have the Willie Nelson 3 CD box set. If I listen to the Willie for an hour or two I get into this melancholy, maudlin, depressed mood. I found I can achieve the same level of depression by walking down a single isle at Michael's Crafts.

I hate walking in to Home Depot. Just an in-your-face reminder illegals are taking over the country. Also, I hate searching for shit they probably dont have anyway.

They have no problem working and working hard as hell. You rarely find American guys with their work ethic. I've worked with many as I'm a blue collar guy. Most Americans these days ain't worth the skin they occupy and that's the sad truth.
 
I much prefer Lowes - at least around here. They have a heck of a scratch/dent/opened return selection sometimes with very steep discounts.

I didnt say I loved the average American. They're the reason the illegals are so welcome. But I complained about that all through the 80's and 90s and nobody fucking listened to me then.
 
I like to wander around and think up non-traditional uses for items. Just think of all the things you can do with gutters!
 
1 hour in any department store is also hell, you start to smell that department store smell....

not sure why you'd spend an hour there unless you were special ordering appliances and stuff
 
I've spent more than an hour waiting to pick up an order I special ordered, only to be told 2 1/2 hours later, "sorry, we can't find it and we're about to close. You'll have to come back tomorrow."
 
I'm an old man. I dont like anything. No music. No movies. No TV. Nothing in my town. Not the kids. Not the stores. Damn sure not the prices.

I generally get pissed if I have to spend more than an hour in ANY store. I usually don't like to browse; I like to find what I need and leave ASAP. Online shopping FTW.
 
I would cry if I were in there for that long. The one around here is 5 minutes away but it's devoid of humans running the cash register and usually devoid of humans that can actually help. Lowes oddly enough is the exact opposite.
 
No one goes into home depot without a specific thing, or at least a specific problem that needs a specific thing, in mind. That sort of limits the amount of time you can spend there.
 
I like going there because i like working on projects. Something about that super dense cement makes my knees ache though if im there too long.
