Anyone else experiencing an incredibly slow Youtube on Fios?

Have 45 meg connection, even on 240p videos are constantly buffering. Cousin is experiencing the same issue in Maryland with Fios. Anyone else?

It's only Youtube that's slow, so that leads to me to believe it's a Google problem.

I have seen two threads here so far about YouTube and one said that FIOS throttles YouTube. Not sure if that's true or not.

I've had several videos today simply not play. The player would load, and it would show a pause button and progress bar, but nothing. Definitely some Google issues.

It's not just FIOS, there was another thread recently. It's Youtube. It seems popular videos (servers/location) are fine, many others are painful. Though I have noticed even ones with high view counts also have issues. Play 5 seconds, stop, buffer for 10, play for 20, stop, buffer....

ATT over here, and it was even slower than usual when I used it earlier today. Not the often-encountered 'won't load even when paused' issue; just slow.

It hasn't been slow for me. I'm using Comcast. Been watching several videos as of late too.

They must be having some problems on their CDN.
