Anyone else ever seen a mechanical Failure with UPS tracking?

I ordered a book for my wife that she doesn't need for a few weeks...They sent me a tracking update. Kinda cool even though it's just a book and nothing important like a hard drive or laptop...

Apparently this thread talks about one that was derailed on the way to me. Oddly enough, the shipper got a refund and now I cannot expand the tracking detail. http://forums.anandtech.com/me...id=38&threadid=2163150

Probably a breakdown on the conveyor belts and such at the plant... or a truck broke down.
