My friend works for a tech company and ever so often on Friday they buy beer and drink it around the office.

I didn't know this till one day we were talking on MSN and he said "brb getting a beer". I made a joke thinking he had the day off and said "dude you're such a freaking alchy, drinking at work like a bum". Turns out he really was drinking at work! hahaha.
 
i hate you. im still at work. im about to leave though.

anyways, i did enough drinking last weekend for 4 weekends. 😛

No, I'm on the West Coast and at work for another 2 hours. Then it's Jack & Coke time. Our should I say Jack time with a splash of coke for flavor/color.
 
Not yet, but I'll start in an hour around 6 my time. I took the day off and called in sick (I'm never sick, so this is my first "sick" day in like a year). Time to go buy some beers first though!

Boozing at work is sweet. First job I had at a tiny web shop the pay sucked BALLS, so I left, but one thing nice was that every friday afternoon a couple hours before work was supposed to end we were allowed to load up Quake 2 and frag around, plus the couple of times somebody left our boss brought in a 12 pack of beer for us to help things out.
