Anyone else bothered by the word "Caucasian"?

Whenever I talk to or read the writings of Asians or other races, I'm always bothered when they refer to "white" people as "Caucasian", as if it's somehow more PC or proper to do so.

It's similar to referring to "black" people as "AFrican-American"..but for some reason the word caucasian is a much bigger pet peeve to me..

I dont think white people get all faux-outraged at every little thing to do with race like some other demographics. 😉

Racial categorization in general bothers me. And since so many people are of mixed ethnicities nowadays, all of these terms are becoming less relevant.

Add "I don't give a fuck and never even thought about it" as an option.

I still predict you'll come back here just in time to see a reply to this post of yours 🙂

Where's the "I don't care, even a little" option?

It's called the don't vote/don't enter the thread/don't post the fact that you don't care option 😉

You made a poll, yet you don't want to know what people think. Why even have two options? 😕

I didn't even know what Caucasian meant until I got to college. "White" is the only term that I actually hear people say.
