anyone else bite the inside of there mouth on purpse?

as a nervous habit i bite the skin on the inside of my mouth, like you would bite the skin on your finger or cuticle. anyone else do that?

lol it doesnt hurt or bleed or anything. i dont do it to inflict pain. there are layers of tissue like your dermis, you can bite at it and not do any dmg/pain/blood
