Anyone else addicted to Dark Age of Camelot?

I went out and picked up a copy of DAoC after reading some really good reviews. I could not get into Everquest but decided to give this one a try. DAMN is this addicting. I had alot of fun playing and was wondering if anyone else got addicted?

I must say this is the smoothest launch I've seen for this type of game ever. There were 20,000+ people on last night and I noticed no lag, downtime, or huge bugs. The staff must be commended for doing suck a kick ass job and actually being ready at launch. If anyone else plays I am on the galahan server, viking region, name - SALvation.

Keep me posted on what you think. I'm holding back on purchasing it based on what some powerlevelers in EQ said about the leveling in DAOC.

It's only $40 and you get the first month for free. I'd say its worth the money.

It shipped on Tuesday so stores started getting it yesterday. The EB by me ran out pretty quick and I just happened to find a copy at Media Play.

Skace, try it, EQ can't hold a grain of salt to this game. Those powerlevelers may have been in denial about this game. I played EQ for a year and a half, got sick of the greedy evercamp, uberguild politics that ran around in that game. This one has a lot more going for it than EQ does. That's just my humble opinion though and it seems to be the same sentiment from a lot of others who play it.
