Anyone connected to efnet?

It seems that for some reason, I was banned from the entire network a few minutes ago. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where I could e-mail an admin for irc.homelien.no. This is what I got, and the illiegal clones part s pure bs:

I used to use irc.rt.ru, it's all the way in russia, but it doesn't require ident, and it was always very reliable for me (unlike prison). Haven't been on efnet in ages though.

hell if I know, I NEVER have run clones on efnet


I did finally get in one one server, and the only 2 ops on it are idle, go figure
