Hell on Earth is an alternative rock band known for its stage antics, which have included grinding up rats in a blender. The group said last week on its Web site that a terminally ill member of a right-to-die group plans to commit suicide on stage in a political statement about euthanasia.
Not only are these problems in asia, but the youth of the US also have issues with committing suicide.

wow... definitely not right...

Forcing someone who is terminally ill to suffer terrible pain for as long as possible is far more Christian.

I agree. If you do not have the freedom to end your own life in a dignified and graceful manner (or otherwise, in a manner of your own choosing), then all freedoms in society are nothing but a sad illusion.

1. What does this have to do with Christianity?

2. Most people, christian or not, would agree that killing yourself in front of hundreds of people is just sickening. If you want to end your life because of an disease, don't make your death more gruesome than your life.

1. Most of the people here saying you can't kill yourself use God as argument for it.

2. If he does it in the quiet of his house it will be filed away as suicide, without anyone ever hearing about it. If he wants to bring euthanasia to the attention of the public he has to find some way to do this. What better way than to make such a controversial show of it?

Interesting....I didn't see a mention of Christianity until you brought it up.
