I picked it up yesterday at (ugh) Hot Topic. I couldn't resist getting the CD and a shirt together for $20.

I've only listened to it through once so it's hard for me to make a judgment on it yet. It usually takes me 3-4 listens before I "get" a NIN album. The critics seem to love it, though. Most of them are rating it up there with The Downward Spiral.
