I have bought from them on two occasions with no ptoblems at all. Not a lot to base a recomdation on but they were good to me both times.

I have bought many things from them in the past. Shipping for the first item is expensive, but they have good prices on shipping if you get lots of things at once. Shipping on a case, Mobo, vid card, sound card, and speakers was only $20. They ship quickly (UPS). I usually get my stuff in 3-4 days from them. I also RMA'd 2 motherboards through them without any problems at all (they even cross-shipped replacements), needless to say, their coustomer support is very good.

I bought my first custom system from them. The system was ok, no problems initially, until the power supply died about a month after I got it. After several calls, finally got through to a real human being, and they told me to ship the supply back. Problem was, they said it might take 2-3 weeks to get another back to me. I didn't want to be offline that long, so I ended up eating it and buying a replacement power supply locally...

This was back in '97, so maybe they got better? Check it out for yourself.

I bought a KK266 and 1.2 T-Bird from Micropro. The board was defective and it was impossible to talk to a human, so I returned them. Also, I did not care for how they packaged the products for shipping. It took one month for my credit to post. I waited two weeks, and bought a KK266 and 1.33 T-Bird from NewEgg. I received a better price, and products were packaged much better. I would buy from them again. I bought my case from Directron, and they seem to be good as well.
