Anyone buy anything from megatoners lately?

I just got an Epson c40 printer. (i know, piece of crap but it was free). www.megatoners.com has black ink cartridges for 1.75 and color cartridges for 3.19. Do these cartridges actually work?
Is this company still reliable? I know they used to be awhile back.

Correct me if Im wrong but these cartridges are just used cartridges refilled with ink right?

i've used them for my C60... regular use is ok.. i havn't tried printing photos on glossy paper yet.. but all else is fine and well.. prices can't be beat

That is ALLL THAT THE EMAIL SAID. And that is all of the order confirmation that I got. Shady, two-bit, basement operation right there. Plus they charged my CC long before they shipped (took 9 or 10 days to get from wherever they are to Virginia).

I have ordered twice from them for my Epson 880. The first time, the inks I got were SUPERB. They came in green/white boxes (IIRC) work for text and photos as well as Geniune Epson.

The cartridges from that first order are running out now so I recently placed a second order. They come in a much different packaging (blue/purple) and probably from a different manufacturer, but they should be good as well. I haven't tried them yet.

I know their order confirmation is a bit generic, but it does it's job in letting you know they received your order. I have never had any doubts that it was much more than a one-man operation, well done so far.
 
Megatoners ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use their carts for my Epson C60 printer. I have ordered about 6 B&W carts and 4 color carts. All were delivered within three days, came packaged nicely, and all perform perfectly.

And their carts for my printer are each under $10 so I can't complain.
