anyone bought from an amazon reseller who's new?

see a pretty good deal on something I want, but the seller has no sales yet. I'm sure fi I read Amazon's FAQ they will tell me how I never have to worry. I'm wondering how good Amazon is in cases where the buyer gets screwed by a seller with a broke product or somethings missing?

Don't worry about it, amazon has your back 100% (not kidding)

Just be sure to act swift if the buyer doesn't respond to tracking requests

If you guys thought eBay was bad to sellers Amazon fucks them in the ass.

Used unlocked GSM phone, price is about $30 lower than anywhere, new seller so I can't find out anything about them. says good condition but I've dealt with Ebay sellers who apparent think working is all that's required to be good condition

I once had a problem with an Amazon marketplace seller and when I complained via the Amazon site the seller shut up and satisfied me 100%. I would not be too worried, just follow the rules.
