Yep. He's being sued. It made the NY Times this week. Apparently his investors feel he became too involved in marketing himself. He made great money for himself with his various endorsement deals at the expense of the restaurant, which has yet to turn a profit, due to mismanagement and less than flattering reviews.

Haha didn't "The Restaurant" only aire a few episodes on NBC then it was quietly shuffled to Bravo (cable)?

Actually no, it finished its first season and the article said they have already taped a second which is going to be airing in the near future. I seem to recall that it was shifted from Bravo to NBC b/c of high ratings.
