Anyone ATOT'ers with a CETME?

Looking for opinions on a CETME. Really like the looks of them, but worried about reliability. Heard some bad stories about ground bolts, canted sights and tubes etc etc.......

Precursor to the HK G3. CETME more speficially was a Spanish issue semi-auto rifle in .308

I have one of the Century ones. Fit and finish is...well typical Century quality, pretty poor. Have had no reliability problems though. Has never had a failure to fire, or any jams. Then again I've only run a few boxes through it. Picked mine up at a local shop for $320 with 4 30 round mags and a 10 rounder. The mags are pretty beat, so I'll probably get some newer ones after Sept.

I'd personally find something else to spend the money on, unless you just want a G3 clone.
 
For the price, they are hard to beat.

Some will also take G3 mags, which there are a crapload of out there right now.

Mine functions perfectly. I have since replaced the wood with a new set because the set it came with was pretty nasty.

The good news is that Century doesn't seem to have a big problem sending a replacement rifle if the one you get has problems.
