<< Now if they would just come out with a sports bra for women who aren't built like Kate Moss... >>

Check out Champion. My fiancee, who was a top state Cross Country runner, and who also happens to be a 38C/36D fully endorses them! 😀

alittle lopsided huh? 😉

i dont know what id do without my sony armband walkman..

biking is cool.. but i figure, you can ride farther.. by the time you decide to head back, you're like 1/2 across town.. thus more riding just to get home... 😛 it's nice having a decent sized park to jog around..

No, I do not like jogging. But I do enioy running. (AKA, at the very slowest a 7 minute mile speed for an extended distance) Running at about a 6 to 6:30 minute mile pace is great... I love it. Its not sof ast that I get tired out, but not so slow that I'm bored.

i actually like to run, at least for a bit. I ran cross country in the fall and am now running track. Some days really suck (intervals) but other more moderate days are quite relaxing, and fun when running with friends

<< ahahaha.. i thought u said logging at first... no i dont enjoy logging.. but a good jog is always good 😀 >>

Rotflmao... sing it loud "I am a lumberJack, I am I am "

<--- think I have heatstroke here or something 🙂

I ran when I was younger(runner's high is great 🙂 ) but now I only run when chased 😉 For cardio/lower body work I find mountain biking even if it's urban assault is more my style now.

I really enjoy watching the sport of jogging. Man those people are really athletic. Wish I could do that, but I'll just settle for watching them excel at the sport.😀

i dislike jogging. it's boring and hard on my joints after a couple of days.
i bike and kayak a lot though.

Feh,
I prefer a pick up game of soccer or ultimate frisbee. Man, soccer is the best. Sprinting, jogging, running for 2 45-minute halves. Plus it's great for coordination, speed and teamwork. I just wish more people played soccer around here.

[off subject]Sure, football (not futbol) games are fun, but I've never experienced anything as fun and rowdy as the 4 world cup (futbol) games I went to at the silverdome back in '94. My friends (one of whom is a crazy Sicilian, and another a pure bred Scot) and I goto the local mexi-bar and watch the games with the employees (all hyper-active, soccer-loving mexicans), whilst getting "pissed" (ala "So I Married an Axe Murderer") [/off subject]

Otherwise, yeah I run and do TaeKwonDo. (sparring tends to be a HUGE workout for stamina)

I like to jog but yeah it gets boring after a while. Prefer a nice hard game of soccer, football, handball, or b-ball.
