Need for Speed Underground. Amazing.

well, it has good graphics anyway

Graphics compared to NFSHP2 aren't ground breaking. And the gameplay is absolute crap.

Call of duty,Halo and if you are not tired of Tomb Raider series try undoubtely Angel of Darkness.Exceptional graphs with sufficient emphasis on dx9 features.

NFS hasn't been NFS without in-car view with interior.

I believe that's OpenGL, not DX9

You are right. It uses Q3 engine.
I just copy/paste from an ATI slide for games w/DX9 features.

If you can get it working propely, then the full version of DX2 looks pretty good. Far better than the demo.
But the key is, getting it working, and then working smoothly. To do that, i`ve heard that the ATI DNA drivers can sort it out.

really? funny how they don't mention anything about OpenGL.
Looking @ call of duty system reguirements: -->100% DirectX 9B 3D hardware required.
Who'd a thought.

100% compatible I think. And it uses DX9 for other deviced such as souncard etc. But the graphics engine is OpenGL.

Correct.
The Q3 engine uses OpenGL for rendering, and DirectX for everything else, like sound and input/s.
