Actually, Anhydrous Acetone is preferred in meth making.
Trouble is, you can't easily steal it like from farmers, nor is it as readily available.

yeah i think you need to have some sort of official (i.e. college professor) account...
cant you buy regular acetone and a drying agent and make it yourself?
