Anybody work for ebay here? Why does it take so long to do something on ebay?

I paid off my suspended account in full last week with paypal, and even though through paypal it says that they have received the amount and that everything has been checked and processed, my account is still suspended. I then sent an email asking them to look at my account and verify that I've paid, yet, ebay lags to the extent in which their "24-48 hours" BS policy of answering an email has turned to more than 4 days later. Is there any other way to contact ebay except via email? This is pretty irritating.
 
So you let your account default for how many weeks before they finally suspended it, and now you're upset that they haven't reinstated it instantaneously after you repaid? 😉
 
Their policy indicates that they would take off the hold once the account is paid off. I've paid off my account 4 years ago when a cc was no longer valid. I used another credit card and instantaneously, the hold was removed and I was given access to my account again. Now what?
