Anybody watch The Practice?

I used to watch it until the Larry David show started last season and since both were on at the same time I made the switch. I know I could record the practice but I watch too much tv as it is and don't want to bother. Plus I got sort of tired of David Kelly's other show AllyMcWhiner.

Weren't they supposed to do some Boston Public crossover? I saw the first 5 minutes and it was about 2 people who just got hurt from an exploding tape recorder.....

That's what I thought unless it was on some earlier time? It just started here and there was some sort of explosion.

No, the school principal from BP was on tonight, further into the episode. And a damn fine episode, BTW.

No she has not died but hasn't woken up yet either and the judge DENIED Bobby's request for the court to intervene.

one of the best dramas out there

Yeah, and one of the most unrealistic. Hope you guys realize that what you see on that show is quite different from what goes on in the courts. If I tried to pull half that stuff, I would have been disbared, found in contempt, and incarcerated in the first one or two episodes of the first season. I know many attorneys and judges that like and watch the show, I'm just not one of them. Entertaining, yes. Realitic, no.

Frenchie, I was just about to comment on the same thing. It can be pretty entertaining sometimes (and sometimes thought-provoking), but realistic it is not.

I didn't get to see the second half of the episode though.... I presume that they were not able to convince the judge to step in and force the blood transfusion??

Yep. Good entertainment. True to life? No.

Wish Id have learned real life is not like the movies/tv a lot sooner.
