Anybody use these "easy install, no tools or hardware required" shelves?

Theres a couple links, not sure if they are the exact same type or not. I am basically wondering if they cause any damage to the wall, or how exactly they hold themselves in place. I am moving into an apartment soon, and it would be nice to have some shelves to hold things, but I don't want to cause any damage that may cost me money in the end.

They are great, as long as you don't plan on actually putting anything on them

Is that a legitimate opinion or fact, or are you just assuming that? I agree they don't look lik they could hold up much, with most saying they support between 10 and 15 pounds. But all I would want them for is possiblly to hold a couple pictures, or also possibly to hold my surround speakers, which I would have to check, but don't think they wiegh over 10 pounds.
