I've noticed that, since I started using spampal, I've received ALOT more spam! Note that these spam are all properly filtered. However, there is just alot more coming into my mailbox.
The main reason I got spampal was because I was trying to block a certain penis-patch spam that I kept receiving. I get 3-4 of them a day.. and the body contains only a graphic, so I was unable to filter it out by keyword. Sometimes I get other spam, but they are varied, and aren't as frequent, or they are caught by Outlook Express custom keyword filters.
Once I installed and set-up Spampal, i've been getting 4/5 folds the number of spam...from home consolidation to viagra to credit checks..etc.
It might be a far-fetched idea, but do you think Spampal works in conjunction with spammers... hoping to catch us when we're browsing the email trash bin to look for possible false-positive spams?
