Anybody use a computer workbench?

I'm looking for a good workbench such as one of these. It should be comfortable enough to use a keyboard on and also to write on. Anybody use one or know of any good models/stores?
 
I just noticed its 30" tall. My desk's keyboard pull out drawer is 25" off the floor. I guess I'll need a higher chair or something.
