I rarely buy or sell items on ebay until recently, i sold couple items. I had to put my credit card on file to sell, which was no problem.
It's been couple days since all the auctions ended, so I wanted to pay for my seller fees which I did with a one time payment with ANOTHER credit card. I didn't even notice there was a checkbox, which I forgot to UNCHECK. as a result, this credit card is signed up for direct payment. I plan to not use ebay any more and want to remove both credit cards but is the only way to contact them?
Do you guys leave your credit cards on file with ebay? I don't mind one being on there in case I want to sell some more in the future, but I don't like having another and being confused on which card is being used for what.
