For the longest time I have had (what I think is) bad posture.  I find myself sitting down on the couch and then notice that the position i'm in is totally uncomfortable.  Same thing with being at the computer, or even driving.  I find that I'm straining or gripping the wheel tightly.  I'm not stressed, i'm just driving along enjoying the breeze.  I think that it is a learned thing.  So I have to consciously tell myself to relax, or change positions.  
Anybody else do this? What have you done to help?
