But I do remember seeing the movie The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. and the Eighth Dimension. Very cool movie!

I think the sci-fi element they put in kinda ruined it for me. Made it too corny.

Okay I remember now - Brisco County Jr. was that cowboy guy that faced a lot of futuristic stuff, and had a scientist friend that invented cool things...

It did a much better job of creating steam-powered SF than the awful Wild Wild West remake.

What I remember of the final battle over the orb between Brisco and the super-villain (Billy Drago) was actually decent.

If these are ever on DVD I'll have to netflix them.

The Orb was in the pilot. The entire story throughout every season from the very start is about Brisco County Jr. and his quest to stop Bly from getting and abusing the Orb. However, many of the early episodes were just about his little adventures along the way.
